Reading through this topic I see that everyone has the same opinion. For me it is the same. This was the first board where I started to read about BMW and from suggestions and tips here I decided to buy my RS and never regretted it. I will surely be happy to pay a fee to keep this board running. So Trevor, keep us posted about the details.

A hearty thanks for providing a specialized forum like this. If it wasn't for this forum, I can honestly say I would not have recently purchased my 99 1100RS.
This site has been an invaluable source of information for me and I echo those whose are offering financial assistance if we need webhosting via single topic. Freebie's are nice, but too much hassle and too many limits. Heck if every member kicked in a buck/pound/quid/yen, we could have a nice setup.
Please keep us posted as to the fate and I hope wherever we end up that most members will rejoin.
